We should post daily, or weekly, reports of all the calls we received in the office or in the past week. It should include a top issues list, and any team wide announcements about those issues. This could be added to the newsletter, but should not be an impediment to either project.

Team Retreat
Once or twice a year, we should bring everyone together for 2 or 3 days of planning, learning, and deep work. It should likely follow a 10-50-25-15 split: 10% Shared Governance 50% Team Building 25% Future Planning 15% Co-Production

Learning Circle about New laws, regs, guidance, and orders.
We should have a standing learning circle about “new laws, guidance, regs, and policies, etc.” the learning circle should generate a 5 minute trainer + a 1 page at a glance summary about the update and how it impacts ombudsman work.
